Logo shift to left side, menu bar shift abit to the right side to give space for logo.
Body copy in Welcome page is different from About Us page? Choose the smaller one.
Most of the shadow too strong especially the photo frame. Too many photos repeated at the background. Can replace with other thinner papers rather than white border photo, too strong and noisy feeling.
